Repairs & Calibration
To initiate a repair or calibration, please complete the RMA form below and email it to repairs@radarengineers.com. Once received, you’ll be issued an RMA number to include with your shipment.
Repair Policy
A non-refundable $125 evaluation fee applies to all repair requests.
Standard turnaround time is 8–10 weeks.
Expedited service is available upon request for an additional $250 rush fee.
Shipping Instructions
Ship only the instrument—please do not include antennas or accessories.
Package securely and insure the unit for its full value during transit.
Payment
All repair charges must be paid by credit card.
