Repairs & Calibration

To initiate a repair or calibration, please complete the RMA form below and email it to repairs@radarengineers.com. Once received, you’ll be issued an RMA number to include with your shipment.

Repair Policy

A non-refundable $125 evaluation fee applies to all repair requests.
Standard turnaround time is 10-12 weeks.
Expedited service is available upon request for an additional $250 rush fee.

Shipping Instructions

Please ship the instrument only. Do not include antennas or accessories.
Package the unit securely and insure it for its full replacement value during transit.

Payment

Repair charges are payable by credit card only.
